Our paper patterns and digital patterns, tutorials, blog articles, all images, logos, and photography are the copyright and the exclusive property of Edelweiss Patterns LLC unless otherwise noted. All rights reserved. No portion of this site or our products may be used, in whole or in part, without written permission from us.
You may not resell our digital patterns, tutorials, or any portion thereof. You may make clothing using the paper or digital patterns for private home sewing or a theatrical production, but you may not resell the patterns or sell garments made from our patterns online, or in physical stores. You may not alter Edelweiss Patterns’ designs and claim them as your own patterns. If you sew a dress from our patterns and post photographs online, we would appreciate an appropriate mention or credit link. Thank you!

When you purchase a digital pattern from us you will have access to the digital pattern file on your receipt webpage, and you will also receive an automated email with the digital pattern file attached to the email you entered when making the purchase. If you don’t see this email please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it within 24 hours, send an email to info@edelweisspatterns.com and we will physically email it to you promptly. (If you send us emails and don’t see replies, please check your spam folder. We do *not* ignore emails. In rare cases we have had customers where their email server does not show emails from us with one address, but they do receive emails from us on a separate email account. If you are contacting us and don’t see replies within 1 business day, please know we are trying to communicate with you. In the rare instance this happens, please try sending from a different email account.)

Photo Submission Policy
By sending us photos of dresses you have made from our patterns, visitors agree that Edelweiss Patterns LLC is authorized to post the photos on our website and/or share them on social media channels without receiving monetary compensation for the photos appearing on the above mentioned website or social media outlets. We will not post photographs you send us until we have received written permission from you to do so.
Changes To This Agreement
